Therapy That Meets You
Where You Are.

I specialize in helping young adults, teens, and men in midlife move through life's hardest moments with more clarity, less weight, and a clear direction forward.

Where You Look Is Where You Go.

When you're mountain biking, there's a simple rule: look where you want to go. If you stare at a rock, you'll hit it. If you look off the trail, you'll end up in the trees. Your body follows your focus.

It's the same with mental health.

When we're anxious or depressed, we tend to fixate on what we're afraid of — the worst-case scenario, the thing that could go wrong, the evidence that we're not good enough. And sure enough, we end up exactly where we were looking: stuck, overwhelmed, and convinced things won't get better.

I help my clients shift their focus. Not by ignoring reality, but by accepting that there's always an alternative truth. Two things can be true at once: you can be struggling AND capable of growth. You can feel lost AND find your way.

When we start looking where we want to go — clarity, confidence, a life that feels more aligned — we stop crashing into the same old obstacles. We start moving forward.

Stress Doesn't Have to Be Your Default

And You Don't Have to Navigate It Alone.

I work with anyone struggling with life transitions resulting in increased stress.

Whether you know exactly what's shifting in your life or just feel off and can't explain why, the result is the same: you know something needs to change, but you don't know where to start.

I'll help you figure that out.

I specialize in two groups in particular:

Three Ways We Can Meet

You Choose What Fits

In-Person

Office or School

Meet me at my private Salida office — or, for teens, I can come to your school during a free period or study hall. We'll find what works.

Nature-Based

Walk & Talk

Therapy outdoors (weather permitting) on local trails, for clients who feel more open when moving.

A narrow dirt trail winds through a grassy hillside with scattered rocks and a few tall pine trees, under a partly cloudy sky.

Virtual

Flexible & Private

Secure video sessions for anyone in Colorado; meet from home or wherever you feel safest.

All options include the same expert guidance; just in different settings.

Your Pace, Your Schedule.

We’ll build a schedule that fits your life, not other way around.

Sometimes Traditional Therapy Isn't Enough. Ketamine Can Open a Door.

If you’re an adult who has tried talk therapy, medication, or other approaches and still feel stuck, ketamine therapy offers a different kind of support. It's not a magic fix — but for many people, it creates a window of clarity and relief that makes real change possible.

Ketamine can help reduce symptoms of depression, anxiety, and trauma. More than that, it can offer space to see your patterns from a new angle, process what's been weighing you down, and begin building new ways of thinking and being.

When paired with preparation and integration, ketamine can support meaningful, lasting change.

Group Ketamine Experience

Healing in Community. Support in Numbers.

For people who value connection and shared experience, we offer ketamine-assisted group sessions in a safe, guided setting.

What's included:

  • Opening orientation to set intentions and prepare

  • Medicine session with calming music in a comfortable space

  • Guided reflection and integration time with the group afterward

The group format offers two unique benefits:

  • Lower cost than individual sessions

  • Shared support — you're not alone in the experience

If you're interested in an upcoming group event, reach out to schedule a consultation. You'll also be guided through a screening process with a prescriber to determine if ketamine is right for you.

Individual Ketamine Therapy

One-on-One Support. Deeply Personalized.

For those who prefer a private, tailored experience, individual ketamine sessions are available.

What's included:

  • Pre-session preparation to clarify your goals

  • The ketamine experience itself, guided and supported

  • Post-session integration to help you make sense of what came up

Individual sessions are ideal if you want:

  • A slower, more personalized pace

  • Deeper one-on-one therapeutic support

  • Full privacy throughout the process

If you're interested in individual ketamine therapy, schedule a consultation to talk through next steps, costs, and whether this approach is a good fit for you.
